1. Data Collection

Opensperm is built on privacy. We collect minimal information necessary to provide the service, such as account emails for billing and encrypted telemetry for system health. We do not collect, read, or store your agent prompts, memory, or outputs.

2. End-to-End Encryption

All data transmitted between your local client and your Agent Pod is end-to-end encrypted. We do not hold the decryption keys.

3. Third-Party Services

If you choose to install Private Skills that connect to third-party APIs (e.g., OpenAI, Twitter), your data will be subject to their respective privacy policies once it leaves your Agent Pod.
